Mr. Sushant Phadnis is a Chartered Accountant with over three decades of experience in financial advisory, taxation, and regulatory compliance. He is the founder of Sushant Phadnis & Co., established in 2006 with a vision to provide comprehensive Chartered Accountancy and Financial Consultancy services.

He comes from a well-respected professional background and is the son of Mr. Sharadchandra Phadnis, a renowned Chartered Accountant from Western Maharashtra. His strong foundation and deep industry understanding have played a key role in building the firm’s reputation across India.

Mr. Phadnis specializes in advising foreign investors entering India, offering structured solutions for business setup, regulatory compliance, and financial planning. His expertise spans international taxation, foreign collaborations, and statutory compliance for foreign companies operating in India.

With extensive experience across multiple sectors and international clients, he leads a multidisciplinary team of professionals including Chartered Accountants, MBAs, engineers, Company Secretaries, and legal experts. SHILPA PHADNIS
DIRECTOR

Mrs. Shilpa Phadnis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science and brings strong operational and managerial expertise across multiple organizations. She serves as a Director at Kolhapur Constructions Corporation Pvt. Ltd., Warana Ghruha Nirmitti Pvt. Ltd., and Vision Biosciences Pvt. Ltd.

In her role, she oversees day-to-day operational functions, ensuring efficient management systems, streamlined processes, and effective coordination across departments. Her responsibilities include monitoring budgets, supervising managerial teams, improving operational efficiency, and analyzing financial performance to support organizational growth.

Mrs. Phadnis is known for her strong organizational skills and strategic approach to business management. Her ability to align operations with financial discipline has contributed significantly to revenue growth, improved efficiency, and enhanced business performance across the organizations she is associated with.

She plays a key role in maintaining financial control through accurate expenditure monitoring and budget forecasting, while also supporting the expansion and development of business operations.

PRANJAL PHADNIS
DIRECTOR
Mr. Pranjal Phadnis heads the Income Tax Department at Sushant Phadnis & Co., bringing over 10 years of progressive experience in public accounting and taxation. He plays a key role in managing tax advisory, compliance, and reporting functions for a diverse range of clients.

He has extensive experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns across various categories, including individuals, businesses, benefit funds, real estate entities, and exempt organizations. His approach combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, ensuring accurate and timely compliance.

Mr. Phadnis is known for his attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently. His strong communication and interpersonal skills enable him to work closely with clients, providing clear guidance and practical solutions in complex tax matters.

SATISH POTDAR
SENIOR TAX CONSULTANT
Mr. Satish Potdar has been associated with the Income Tax Department at Sushant Phadnis & Co. for over 15 years. With extensive experience in taxation and financial planning, he plays a key role in managing tax compliance and advisory functions for a wide range of clients.

He has strong expertise in the preparation and review of tax returns across multiple jurisdictions, along with a deep understanding of Alternative Minimum Tax (AMT) regulations and stock option taxation. His technical proficiency ensures accurate and efficient handling of complex tax matters.

Mr. Potdar is also experienced in preparing financial projections and estimating tax liabilities, helping clients plan effectively and make informed financial decisions. He has developed structured data systems and spreadsheets that enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time in tax processes.

ADV. AJAY PANCHOLI
ASSOCIATE ADVOCATE – CORPORATE ADVISORY
Adv. Ajay Pancholi is a senior corporate lawyer with over 30 years of experience in corporate and company law matters. He has served as a legal advisor to various Indian and international organizations, providing strategic legal guidance across diverse industries.

Adv. Pancholi is actively involved in contract drafting and negotiation, intellectual property protection, dispute resolution, mergers & acquisitions, and transactional advisory. His approach focuses on minimizing legal risks while ensuring smooth business operations and long-term sustainability.
SAGAR PATEL
CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT
A qualified Chartered Accountant (November 2023), CA Sagar Mahendra Patel cleared all levels of the CA examination in his first attempt. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Accounts and Finance and is currently associated with Sushant Phadnis & Co.

He specializes in indirect taxation, litigation, and regulatory compliance, supporting clients with efficient and compliant financial solutions.

RATNADEEP PATIL
CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT
A qualified Chartered Accountant with a B.Com degree, he has strong expertise in tax compliance, audits, and advisory services, including preparation and filing of Forms 3CA, 3CB, and 3CD, along with Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, HUFs, and companies.

He has hands-on experience in tax audits, TDS compliance and filings, and assisting in assessment and appeal cases, with a focus on tax planning, regulatory compliance, and improving efficiency in financial processes.
